In 2020, a small group of like minded friends decided to come together to form an amateur pantomime group. We strive on being a small, fun and informal group while allowing interested people to be able to experience either performance on stage or roles back stage including production, scenery, lighting, make up & wardrobe and more. Throughout, much work has taken place regarding fundraising, the building of a constitution and other fundamentals required to enable this group to function.

We rehearse and perform yearly at Pegswood Welfare Centre in Morpeth, Northumberland, NE61 6UF.

All members must be age 10 or above and members under 14 require a chaperone. Members performing in the show are expected to attend our weekly rehearsals, which start at the beginning of September and continue through to show week at the end of November. The backstage activities are weekly and take place from July through to show week. We welcome all new members who share our interest and love of performance and staging, and also love that others have joined us in building this small fun community social group, raising money for charity along the way.

 

Our group is governed by a committee which is annually nominated. 

 

To supplement funds required for our performance, we have an active fundraising programme, as well as an annual social programme.
